Meissner Tierney is pleased to welcome James W. DeCleene as an Associate Attorney. James comes to Meissner Tierney from Marquette University Law School, where he graduated cum laude, was an editor of the Marquette Law Review, provided leadership in the Academic Success Program and finished as a Semi-Finalist in the 2014 National Moot Court Competition. Prior to Meissner Tierney, DeCleene held positions with the Waukesha County Circuit Court, where he served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mac Davis, Jennifer Dorow, and Ralph Ramirez. He also interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the Honorable David T. Prosser Jr.
