Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. (MTFN) is pleased to welcome Brian M. Cooley as an attorney in the transactional practice group. Brian started as a law clerk before joining MTFN. Brian advises clients in the areas of business organization, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Brian graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2023. He received his Master of Business Administration from Marquette University’s Graduate School of Management after he completed a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While at Marquette University Law School, Brian served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review.
