Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. (MTFN) is pleased to announce that James M. Sosnoski was promoted to shareholder of the firm on January 1, 2024.
Before joining MTFN, James served as a law clerk to Justice Rebecca G. Bradley, Supreme Court of Wisconsin, and the Honorable Brian Hagedorn on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II.
James has successfully parlayed his significant appellate experience as a law clerk into his litigation and appellate work for the firm. In his four plus years at the firm, he has successfully represented businesses and insurers across diverse areas, including complex insurance coverage issues, environmental litigation, business and corporate disputes, and non-competition agreements and has continued to build on his strong appellate skills and experience.
