Scott T. Reigle is a shareholder and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and general business advisement. Scott represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, achieving favorable results in diverse areas including complex commercial disputes, complex insurance coverage disputes, employment- and non-compete-related matters, secured lending/real estate matters, and regulatory compliance matters in all phases of litigation, up to and including trial. Scott’s litigation practice is nationwide, representing clients in state and federal courts in Wisconsin, California, and many other jurisdictions across the country.
In addition to his litigation practice, Scott also acts in an outside general counsel role for many business clients. He advises clients on a host of issues, from day-to-day problems and transactions to long-term strategic planning, with an eye toward risk management and growth opportunities. He is a frequent author and speaker on issues relevant to businesses’ best practices and protecting their interests.
Before joining the firm, Scott practiced law in California from 2012-2020, and maintains an active license and practice there. In addition to his law practice, Scott serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.
