Brian M. Cooley is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s transactional practice group. Brian advises clients in the areas of business organization, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor for the Marquette Law Review. He received his B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and his MBA from Marquette University. Brian’s coursework at Marquette University Law School focused on corporate and real estate matters.
