Alyssa N. Chojnacki is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s litigation practice group. She represents insurers and their insureds in various matters, including general liability and insurance coverage issues. Additionally, Alyssa has experience in each step of the litigation process, including alternative dispute resolution, depositions, pretrial practice, trial, and the overall evaluation of cases.
Before joining Meissner Tierney, Alyssa worked as an associate in Madison, working in general liability and insurance coverage. After receiving a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Michigan, Alyssa went on to get her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2021. Alyssa’s notable achievements in law school include being a Managing Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and competing in the 2020 National Tax Moot Court Competition, where she was presented as the Competition Winner for Oral Argument and the Runner-up for Best Brief.
